Due to concerns over the Coronavirus we have taken measures to safeguard the health and safety of our employees and customers and to limit the spread of the virus as much as possible. We remain committed to provide safe, responsible, and reliable oil deliveries and service.
Oil deliveries will continue as always. We will limit home visits to essential service calls. This includes oil and water leaks, smoke and odors, and no heat/ no hot water conditions. We will make every effort to resolve these issues over the phone. If it becomes necessary to enter your home, we will ask a series of questions related to recent travel and potential exposure. We will ask that you unlock basement doors for the technician if possible and maintain safe distances. If you are quarantined or sick we ask that you advise us ahead of time and we will determine a proper course of action based on the latest information and guidelines from the government.
Our office at 318A Quincy Ave, Braintree, MA 02184 will remain closed to the general public. Payments can be mailed or dropped through the slot on the door. We can also take credit card payments over the phone. We are discouraging cash payments at this time, however if you need to pay in cash please call the office to make arrangements.
Please rest assured we remain committed to providing the best service possible to keep you and your family safe and comfortable.
